I'll no longer assist in the growth of a site that quite obviously regards the once mighty $ as more important than even the pretense of integrity and honesty. Below are just some of the reasons for this decision:
- multiple stables clearly tolerated despite bluster to state differently.
- member of staff allowed to openly criticise and/or ridicule players they quite clearly do not personally like.
- 'preferred' player not investigated for alleged unsolicited spamming of new players on order to procure sales but other players suspended prior to a sham investigation for querying the same.
- 'preferred' player not investigated for making open accusation against another player despite others being punished for doing similar.
- members of staff and/or management abusing the power of suspension whenever they feel like it.
- member of staff admitting in private that certain players may be given advance information from time to time in matters that may give them a slight advantage when playing.
- no action taken against known cheats.
- general antipathy to taking ownership of their mistakes (and there are more than plenty of those) irrespective of whether it costs their customers real hard cash or not.
- usurous charges applied where possible despite there being absolutely no justification for them.
- my stable (and others likewise suspended) being deliberately marginalised by not being allowed to participate in any decisions supposedly able to be voted on by the entire player base despite there being various ways in which those that run the site could easily facilitate such votes without requiring any lifting of any suspension.
- permanently suspended stables (which can totally be on a whim, for instance my permanent suspension is for the heinous crime of 'excessive sarcasm') now not even being allowed to enter auction notes for horses as well as not being able to avail of any on-site communication facilities - in effect an apartheid system in operation and we all know the type of regime that feels a need to emply such a system.
- staff continually accusing players of negativity when most negativity is in fact caused by themselves through misinformation, petty intransigence, countless errors and abysmal customer service in general.
- no current certification of the impartiality of the game engine.
- deliberate delays in actioning withdrawal requests until it suits those that run the site.
Below shows just one example of how poorly managed the site can be - a simple error that was pointed out to those that run the site many, many moons ago. Personally I'd expect better of a site that has been in operation for so many years but hey, we all make mistakes .... sadly though pointing out such things tends to get one labelled as 'being negative' and can lead to some very childish and petty vindictive behaviour against one which in my particular case involved being suspended over New Years 2010 despite having done nothing at all wrong and eventually being suspended permanently for "excessive sarcasm". If only they had as much competency as they do foolish pride there might not be quite so many errors that can cause players to lose real hard cash in some situations.

Current bid £30.10 yet the imaginary stables bid of £10.00 is the highest bid and the Minimum Bid shows as £10.01 - class!
